14-ton backpack heavy-duty AGV: The integrated quick connection mechanism can fully meet the impact load generated when the workpiece is hoisted and placed, ensuring smooth operation without falling off the rail, jamming or other faults. The engine bracket on the trolley can be quickly replaced and meet the requirements of multiple models.
Management & Control System
The AGV Control system is connected with MES systems with automatic/manual dual insurance scheduling mode. The system realizes highly intelligent automated management by monitoring real-time dynamic positions on electronic maps, updating operating parameters, and implementing traffic control at intersections.
Automatic Charging Device
Developed to meet the need for frequent material delivery. When energy is lower than the preset value, the AGV moves to the charging station automatically. The electrodes dock without manual intervention, keeping operators away from moving heavy batteries and saving significant downtime.
